Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, undamaged items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Conditions for Return

Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Custom branded or personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
