We deliver Ratel Training Targets nationwide across South Africa. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major centres and surrounding areas across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and more.

For remote or outlying areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability and rates.

The following shipping options are available at checkout for South African deliveries. Select the option that best suits your parcel size and delivery preference.

PUDO Locker (Self-Collection)

PUDO Locker XS–S — Up to 60 cm targets / max 2 kg — R99
PUDO Locker M–L — Up to 60 cm targets / max 5 kg — R149
PUDO Locker XL — Up to 80 cm targets / max 80 pcs — R175

Door Delivery

Door Delivery S — max 2 kg — R125
Door Delivery M — max 5 kg — R160
Door Delivery L — max 10 kg — R200
Door Delivery XL — max 15 kg — R250
Door Delivery 2XL — max 20 kg — R350

Own Courier

Send Own Courier to Collect — R0 — Arrange courier collection only after Awesome Gear confirms your order is packed and ready.

Please note: Shipping options are selected at checkout. If the selected rate is insufficient for the actual packed parcel size or weight, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any shortfall.

Lead Times

In-stock items: Dispatched within 3–15 business days. Courier delivery after dispatch typically takes 2–7 business days.
Custom branded orders: Please allow 2–14 business days after artwork approval.
Bulk orders: Contact us for lead time confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
