We deliver Ratel Training Targets nationwide across South Africa. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major centres and surrounding areas across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and more.

For remote or outlying areas, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability and rates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Larger targets (80cm and 120cm) may attract higher shipping costs due to their size.

We will display all shipping options and costs clearly before you complete your purchase.

Lead Times

In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
Custom branded orders: Please allow 7–14 business days after artwork approval
Bulk orders: Contact us for lead time confirmation

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
